Competency Based Interview Model

Competency Based Interview Model ; No business owner wants to hire the wrong person for a job, Not only because they’ll need to find a replacement candidate sooner than they’d like but also because making a bad hire drains energy and time and can cost the business in a number of ways.
Competency Based Interview, or Structured or behavioral interview, is the newly HR technique used for implementing interviews which is based on analyzing, anticipating the experience, behavior and skills of the interviewee by some structured questions.
This workshop will equip you with the skills and techniques to interview candidates or internal high potentials so that you can identify the right person and avoid bad hiring decisions as well as the high turnover rate.

Competency Based Interview Model  (CBI) is now widely regarded as the most popular technique for employers to use. In fact the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) recently reported that 78% of interviews are now Competency Based.

–   Competency Based Interviewing removes the risk of personal bias and makes the hiring process fairer

–  Answer in this model should be one of both techniques:
–  STAR  Technique.
–  IPAR   Technique.
