HR  are responsible for communicating the company’s objectives, goals and production targets to the employees in ways that makes them feel that they are partners in the process and play a key role in the success of the company’s business strategy. Dr. John Sullivan has been a strategist in the field of human resources and talent management for over 30 years. His specialty is Human Resources strategy and designing world class HR systems and tools for Fortune 200 firms. He is  an internationally known Human Resources  thought-leader from the He is an engaging corporate speaker who has excited audiences at over 250 corporations / organizations in 30 countries on all 6 continents. her story really began when the previous VP of HR left Ford during the big bailout and recession.
