- Who is eligible for PHRi:
-Who holds a master’s degree or the global equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR.
-Who holds a bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position
-OR a minimum of four years of professional-level HR experience
- SPHRi Exam takes two hours and 45 minutes and for administration time 30minutes
- SPHRi Exam covers 115 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) and 25 pre-test questions.
- Who is eligible for SPHRi:
-Who holds a master’s degree or the global equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR.
-Who holds a bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a professional-level HR position
-OR a minimum of seven years of professional-level HR experience
