This 3 days’ program equips HR professionals and anyone involved in talent development & acquisition and need to acquire the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and evaluate assessment centers. These program provide a deeper evaluation of candidates, revealing their capabilities and potential through a range of simulated work scenarios

Module 1: Introduction to Assessment Centers Definition and purpose of assessment centers Difference between assessment and development centers Typical assessment center process (stages and flow)
Module 2: Competencies and Assessment Exercises In-depth exploration of competency mapping (for assessors

• Defining desired behaviors for each competency
• Understanding the competency framework
• Common assessment center exercises (e.g., group discussions, case studies, presentations, in-tray exercises) linked to specific competencies
Module 3: Designing Effective Assessment Exercises :
• Strategies for creating s that accurately assess target competencies.
• Exercise mapping
• Case Studies and Practice: Analyze real-world assessment center scenarios (individual and group work) through the lens of competency mapping.
• Group Exercise
• Applying the competency framework to assess participant performance in mock exercises.
• Role-playing assessment center exercises (optional) to practice applying learned techniques.
Module 4: Participant Preparation and Strategies
• Understanding the assessment schedule and exercises based on competency mapping.
• Researching the organization and target role (aligning skills with needs).
• Developing effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Module 6: Feedback, IDPs & Reporting
• Writing Reports and Individual development plans
• Delivering feedback to participants in a constructive and supportive manner
• Helping participants understand their strengths and areas for development
• Collaborating with participants to create personalized development plans
Module 7: Ethical Considerations
• Maintaining fairness and objectivity in the assessment process
• Data privacy and confidentiality considerations
• Addressing potential biases and minimizing adverse impact
Module 8: The Assessment Center Simulation ( Role plays )
• The attendees will be divided into small groups, each acting as a team of assessors with actual assessment center requirements to implement
